Essential oils are often too strong to apply undiluted to the skin and evaporate rapidly. This is where a good carrier oil comes into play. They do not evaporate or have a very overpowering aroma and so blend well with essential oils making them less volatile. This combination is perfect for all forms of body massage. • Create a 2-5% (2-5 drops per teaspoon) dilution of Zen Synergy blend with one of our Coconut, Argan or Sweet Almond carrier oils when applying topically for mental alertness and spiritual awareness
• Add Zen to an aromatherapy diffuser (2-3 drops per 100ml of water) during meditation or yga practice
• Blend 4-6 drops with a carrier oil and add to your bath to invoke a tranquil mood
• Inhale directly from the bottle for a quick attitude adjustment
