Description

Cypress essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves and branches of the cypress tree, it is a thin clear to pale yellow liquid with a medium mid to top note. Cypress Essential Oil is known for its stress-relieving properties, astringency, and for expanding the breath, it is used often in meditation to promote concentration and mental agility. Refreshes and cleanses the air around you and repels insects. Can be used to lighten the look of spider veins, as an anti-perspirant and to relieve congestion and irritation due to seasonal and environmental allergies. Boosts confidence while increasing feelings of security and easing guilt, vocational stress or generalized anxiety.

Directions
  • Diffuse 2-3 drops of Cypress essential oils into per 100ml of water to aide in respiratory health
  • Diffuse with Lemon and Peppermint to evoke mental alertness
  • Add 2-3 drops each of Cypress, Lavender and Sandalwood to a teaspoon of carrier oil or gel and apply to underarms for a natural deodorant
  • Reduce the appearance of varicose veins, cellulite, or scars by diluting 3 drops of Cypress Essential Oil with 1/2 teaspoon of Jojoba Oil and apply to area of concern

My home smells AMAZING!

As recommended, I blended with Lemon and Peppermint in my diffuser. My house guests couldn't compliment me enough how FRESH the house smelt!
